Forest Therapy is a guided journey that invites connection, renewal, and a different way of being. Two and a half hours in the magic of the forest.
Come as you are and remember what you’ve always known
Forest Therapy is a guided, 2.5-hour walk designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore. Rooted in mindfulness and inspired by ancient nature-based practices, it’s a gentle, intentional experience in the natural world.
You’ll be invited to move slowly, notice deeply, and engage your senses as a way back to presence.
• No fitness level required • No special gear needed • Just a willingness to arrive as you are
Whether you’re an individual seeking peace, or a team in need of restoration, Forest Therapy creates space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, each other, and the world around you.
You’ll be invited to move slowly, notice deeply, and engage your senses as a way back to presence.

About Your Guide
I'm here to walk with you and open the doors.
As a Forest Therapy guide, my role is simple: to hold space. I create a gentle, intentional experience that helps you reconnect to yourself and the natural world without pressure, performance, or expectation.
This work was born from my own journey through overwhelm and disconnection. I didn’t need more noise. I needed space. Stillness. Presence. And I found it, step by step, beneath the trees.
Now, I offer that same space to others. Whether you’re arriving with questions or just a quiet ache for “something more,” know this: the forest will meet you where you are.
All are welcome. Just come as you are.
